Hi Everyone-
Thanks for the responses to my question about GF shortenings.  Here is a
summary of the responses.

-a recipe for pastry made with oil (email me if you would like a copy)
-Crisco and butter flavored Crisco are safe (3 separate replies stated this)
-Wesson was reported by one person to be GF as of a 1995 list

Thanks everyone--I made a strawberry rhubarb pie late last night using
Crisco and we can't wait for dessert tonight!
