And there is more talk of testing people that are eating a GF diet. Dr.
Peter Green of Columbia-Presbyterian discussed rectal challenges in the last
Sprue-Nik Press (send GET CELIAC SPNK9610 to [log in to unmask] to
retrieve from the archives). There was at least one article published in the
past year on in vitro testing intestinal tissue biopsied from GF celiacs. No
reason not to expect one of these to be perfected in the next few years.
