Thanks to everyone for all the help this list has provided.

Was so pleased to read about M&M and Mars bars as there are so few
snacks we can eat so when at my local supermarket I checked out the
label of Mars Bar.

I am in Australia, and Gluten IS listed on the label of Mars Bars as an
ingriedent, so guess the Mars bar is out for us Ausies, however read the
Snickers label NO GLUTEN so decided to try one, I didn't mind being a
human guinea pig with this one.  Well I am pleased to report there was
NO REACTION, so will check labels of the other products Tami listed and
let fellow Aussies know.
