I realize that the subject question is a loaded one. However, much of what
I read in this shared mailing seems to be based on whether an individual
shows symptoms related to intake of a particular food. My husband has been
diagnosed with celiac disease but never exhibited any of the classic (or
obscure) symptoms. Is it OK for him to eat some things? I thought the only
treatment of the disease was to eliminate ALL gluten from one's diet.
