Hello again
As requested, I would like to take a few minutes of your time to
summarize the responses to my question regarding the possibility of
brewing a GF beer. While it is still only a few days since I requested
information, there does not appear to be a safe way of making a GF beer.
One site was suggested for a recipe but it turned out to be "out of
business". No other recipes were forthcoming and advice from Scott
Adams (Thank you Scott) warned of potential dangers from using barley
regardless of the so-called processing involved. Barley is not GF and
should not be considered safe to use.

I do promise however that I will not give up trying to find an
acceptable method for brewing my own beer and I also promise that at the
earliest time, that I will share my findings.

As for all the requests relating to mead, I will send private email with
a list of http sites I have collected over the past couple of years
including more recipes than I can ever hope to try in my lifetime.
Although that thought sounds kind of nice...
