Greetings!

In  approximately, I will travel to Mainland China for 22
days from places ranging from Beijing, Xian, Luoyang,
Zhengzhou, Xinyang, Jigong Shan, Wuhan, Chongqing, Kunming,
and Hong Kong,

As many traveling celiacs, I greatly concerned about GF
foods.  Does any one know of sources where Gluten Free foods

can be obtained--stores and restaurants?

All suggestions for GF travel in China are greatly
appreciated!
