I received two responses.

One asked how much the shipping charges were.  $21.20 for 5 crabcakes by 
Federal Express overnight from Maryland to Long Island.

The other commented that crabcakes were easy to make and much less expensive
I would say that getting the right mix of ingredients including the GF flour 
is tricky.
