Walnut Acres sells a product which is named Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free.  It
contains a variety of grains including buckwheat grits, teff grains and
amaranth seeds.  I have read that these are not allowed in a GF diet.  Are
these grains OK to eat?  Is cross-contamination the reason they are forbidden?
