To save me searching the archives, this is a quick question which I hope
someone can answer with authority: is TOFU gluten free?

        The reason I ask is that I recall buying some, a year or so ago, but
did not eat it; the reason may have been that it was not in its pure
state--that is-- that it was combined with something else, but I cannot
remember.
