My son is now in the first month of a  gluten free diet after testing
biopsy positive for CD. He is, among other things,  taking a gluten free
multivitamin. However, because of the malabsorbtion  problem, which may be
severe, I am concerned that he may still not be getting the vitamins he
needs.

I have heard about gluten free vitamin nasal sprays. Has anyone had
experience with them? Where do you get them?

Also, I saw a recent posting that Ensure is gluten free. Later, I heard
that Ensure causes problems to Celiacs. Can someone help me with this?
