Are there any Italian Celiacs who have a good recipe for Italian 
potato gnocci made with cornmeal (or any other alternative flour) 
instead of wheat flour?  I've googled my fingers off and can't seem 
to find one on the Internet.  I would love to make a platter of 
gnocci with tomato sauce for Easter!
