I have to second Catherine's recommendation of Chebe bread. I've
been getting in from Gluten Solutions for a couple of months and
my latest is using it in the muffin top pans. It's wonderful done
that way & used as hamburger buns or (as I had this morning) in
place of an English muffin in eggs benedict. This stuff is soooo
good!!!
