In response to the inquiry re Wel-Plan crackers, this is mainly what I
use (in addition to Ka-Me rice crackers).  I like them fine.  My husband
really likes them too.  I was surprised because I used to love Zesta
saltines, which were crunchy and had quite a bit of salt on them.  My
husband doesn't mind that they aren't salty and they go great with soup.
I only let him eat so many, though. Again, the one drawback is the price
you pay for the size of the box.  But what other choices do we have?
 
As a side note, my aunt used to tell me I'd get fat eating those saltine
crackers.  Little did she know.
