A GF friend of mine is going to visit her son, stationed in SC.  She will be in the Beaufort, SC area, specifically Lady's Island, SC.  Does anyone have any information about restaurants that can accommodate the gluten free diet?  She is very sensitive to cross contamination.  Any information about grocery stores or bakeries in the area?
