Wow - this topic has sure generated a lot!  A few weeks ago we
stumbled across the Whole Foods baked goods and ran into a great
clerk who was stocking the shelves.  She went back to the freezer and
got frozen goods for us to take home.  I think the reason that these
mold so easily is that they are honest to goodness FOOD.  No chemical
additives or preservatives, no msg-ish ingredients (something I find
a lot of in GF foods, which make them unuseable for me), and not
horrendous amounts of salt (also a preservative).  I have no problem
keeping them frozen - or freezing the goods in serving size bags.
The only problem is foresee is keeping my weight down.

As far as taste - people are different.  So far I haven't found
anything I don't like.  The cherry pie was sooooooo good (especially
when one hasn't had cherry pie for 14 years.)

It's so nice to have a place to pass around information.
