Sally - The only products that we can guarantee are gluten free include:  OV
Nonfat, Lowfat, Reduced Fat, and Whole Milk, OV Lightly Salted Butter, and
OV Nonfat Dry Milk.  We offer a greater product line, some packaging is
lightly dusted with corn starch (non-GMO) which potentially could contain
gluten.  Cottage cheese has citric acid, which can be extracted from a
gluten source, and sour cream had non-modified corn starch, another source
of gluten.  Our Cultured Butter doen not contain gluten, but due to the
nature of culturing, it does not have "Free Glutamates", a cousin in gluten.
