Thanks for the 40+ responses within one day! And a special thanks to those of you who offered to buy and send me a loaf. what a very special thing to do for another celiac! Thankfully I'm close enough to Cybros and Trader Joe's that I shouldn't have a problem.

90% of the votes were for Trader Joe's or Mr Ritts (www.mrritts.com)

  Other responses were for:
enjoy life - I think these are discontinued though, not shown on their website

EnerG and Authentic foods make a flavoring for homemade bread (I have a 3 kids under 5, so this is NOT an option for me : )

Try using Mr. Krispers cracker, comes in several flavors, or Mary's Gone Crackers which comes in some great flavors!

Cybros in Waukesha WI makes a mock rye bread as well as roll...Basically a rice & tapioca flour bread darkened with carob powder and flavored with caraway seed & molasses...Also, free of both milk & egg free.

www.cybrosinc.com

Cybros bakes their g.f. break on Mon, Tues & Wed and then ship fresh bread 2 day express to arrive before the weekend. As will all g.f. bread, heating makes them less crumbly.

Rolls are about 3 inches in diameter & could be cut in half for appetizers...

There's a recipe in Bette Hagman's GF Gourmet bakes bread book.

Kinnickinnick has one -- look on their website for locations that carry their breads, or they will ship. Their breads are the best I've found (great hot dog and burger rolls, too!).

  Thanks again everyone!
