This discussion comes up every once in a while. I would love for oats to
be safe, but where is there a safe source besides a laboratory? My son and
I are not diagnosed celiacs but both get diarrhea from oats, and we gave
up.

If someone knows of a certified safe source for oats in the US, I'd like
to know what it is!
