We bring our cakes and brownies everywhere, and nobody can tell the
difference.

WE do shows and sell brownie and cake mixes to both celiacs, and other
people who do not have celiac, but rather love the taste of our products
and want to eat healthier.

Our secret: no preservatives, all natural ingredients, organic sugar in
our cake and brownie mixes, and a focus on good taste, and nutrition.

The all purpose mixes we distribute our high in fibre (5 grams+ per 100
grams - both mixes), and lower in carbs (70 grams per 100 grams for the
all purpose mix as opposed to 77 grams per 100 grams for enriched wheat
flour).  Our all purpose mix also mixes contains 14 grams of protein per
100 grams as opposed to wheat flour which is 10 grams per 100 grams.

We want to eat healthier.  Increase your protein, increase your fibre.

All of our mixes are gluten/corn/dairy/egg free.  We also produce three
mixes which are also soy free as well.  Please contact us if you have
other allergies.  We are covering the main ones here.

Our cake mixes are 886 grams, and make a 9" x 13" cake, or two large 9"
round cakes (you can layer these).

Our brownie mixes make a 9" x 9" pan, and our moist and delicious.

We will not settle for second best.  Try the work of our hands.

We are available at this point in Canada only, and can ship Canada-wide.
