Thanks to all who took the time to respond to my post regarding Hidden
Valley Ranch, canola oil, and M.S.G. Of the 32 responses I received,
only 4 people were able to tolerate Hidden Valley Ranch (Ranch Dressing)
without any adverse reactions.

Although canola oil and M.S.G. are indeed gluten free, I learned that
they can have a laxative effect on some people. Before I was diagnosed
with Celiac Disease 9 months ago, I never had any problems with either
canola oil or M.S.G. My theory is that once I developed Celiac Disease,
my intestines must have become more sensitive to canola oil, and M.S.G.,
and who knows what else. Due to the terrible reaction I had last
weekend, I won't be trying any more Ranch Dressing in the near future.
