I have a new physician and since I have not had blood work done for a few years, I asked her to order a celiac panel to confirm my compliance.
Unfortunately, I had a major exposure a few weeks ago when a young friend used corn/wheat tortillas instead of just corn in a dish he prepared. I get real sick to my stomach and more :(
Doc said to wait 6 weeks before getting the blood drawn, and I wanted some confirmation from others with experience or expertise that this is sufficient waiting period to avoid a positive reading remaining from my recent exposure.

Thanks!

Jack
