Hi Jeff,

We have been using Chun King with no adverse results. Our son is 7 years
old and has been diagnosed since he was 14 months old. He does have
a severe reaction to foods with gluten in them. He loves soy sauce and
as I said we haven't had a problem with Chun King. Hope this helps.
