Hi Everyone.

I was diagnosed with celiac sprue 2 years ago and have been strictly gluten
free since then. When I first went gluten free, I noticed an incredible
resurgence of energy. In fact, I felt better than I remembered feeling in a
long, long time. Unfortunately, that energy left.

Is there anything I can do to feel more energetic and less lethargic. I want
to lay around all the time and never feel like doing much.

Am I destined to feeling like this since celiac sprue is a chronic/autoimmune
disease? Is this just part of being a sprue?

Any advice is appreciated.

Heather
