Hello,

If you happen to be in or around the Austin, TX area you should check out Better Bites Bakery.  I am lucky to be visiting Texas to celebrate a couple of birthdays for some very special people in my life & one of them is gluten free like me.  
Better Bites Bakery made a GF & sugar free decadent birthday cake that everyone was raving about (non-GF folks too).
It is my understanding that they have a dedicated GF facility where these are prepared.
