My daughter is going to the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Belgium and France in
August and I would like to find as many gluten free restaurants and stores
that I can for her convenience.

**********************************************I was in Paris in November
2002, and found a great chain of health food stores that sell wonderful GF
food!  They are called La Vie Claire, and are located all over the city --
you can probably find the street addresses on the web.  Just ask for
"produits sans gluten" and they will help you.  I particularly liked the
Valpiform Pain Champagnard (5 large slices of country style bread with
great texture and crust), and GlutaBye Delicieux framboise (individually
wrapped flaky pastry with jam).  Also, the local fruit and vegetable
markets have nice stuff (also street markets) -- baby vegetables, etc.  Try
