I've been asked to explain a homeopathic dose.  [re: sulphus for DH]

A dose is two pills under the tongue every 2 hours in an acute situation
or 4x a day for chronic.  Let pills dissolve under tongue.  Do not take
with food, rather 20 min before eating or 1 hr after.  Avoid stimulants
such as menthol. mint, coffee which reduce the potency.

When you take the remedy do not touch the pills, rather tap out into the
cover and plunk into mouth.

Homeopathic brands are B&T, Borion and Deliosis.  They are available in
most health food stores around the country and cost about five dollars a
vial.
