The Northland Celiac Support Group is sponsoring their first Food Fair that
will provide a showcase of 25 gluten-free vendors. This event will be a time
for attendees to become better educated about products available for their
special dietary needs.
During this event, attendees will have an opportunity to sample or purchase
products, as well as receive information and/or talk with vendor
representatives about their products.
Throughout the day, Luther Seminary’s cafeteria will be providing gluten-free
products for purchase. The Luther Seminary cafeteria is also planning an
exciting, delicious luncheon menu that will include both a gluten-free and non
gluten-free menu for our attendees to purchase during the Food Fair/Educational
Session.
The afternoon will include an Educational session with Pediatric Dietician
Susan Sorenson and Adult Patient Dietician Leigh Ann Greavu sharing their
knowledge about dieting and celiac disease, with a question and answer session to
follow.
The day will conclude with the raffling of products and certificate that have
