Our trip to Whistler was pretty successful. We didn't eat out much as we
live in Oregon, we were able to drive there and take a box of food with us.
I am intolerant to iron also, and the last day I drank some water out of a
cooler in the Jersey milk Lodge up on the Mt. Apparently it had iron in it
as I was sick for two days.

As for the GF restaurants, the people I talked to at the village were
familiar with our problem, but I found nothing like the post about Silver
Star Mt. B.C. (3/18/99). Most people said to talk to the chef and they will
do their best.

We did check out the Panne Rizo Bakery Café in Vancouver B.C. It is truly
delicious GF baking. If you are in the area you should stop and check it
out.

The skiing was great. But I not sure when I go back that I will be more
anxious to go skiing or to the bakery.
