I made this dish for a pot luck Sunday and had many compliments. I thought
some people might like this recipe for the holidays:

BANANA SWEET POTATO PUDDING

2 ripe bananas
1 cup light cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup cook mased sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 egg yolks lightly beaten

1. Preheat oven to 300 degree
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Turn into a
well-buttered baking dish and bake about 45 minutes or until set and browned
on top. Yield: four servings.

I had to change the recipe a little because we don't eat eggs. I made
whipped cream (with sugar) and substituted for the light cream.
