Glutamine is an amminoacid and has nothig to do with gluten that is one
of the biggest proteine ever known.
Amminoacids are molecules that  build up the proteine molecules.

All the proteines are built by a small number of different amminoacids
that linked in long different sequences, one for each proteine.
Gluten intolerance is provocated by the protein molecule not by single
amminocids.

So pure Glutamine by itself is GF
