I don't know of any ready made brands that will accomodate GF, plus corn
(and dairy) problems. But, this is a recipe that I've used for years.
It's quick and simple (by the time I was 10 or so, I could probably have
made it on my own.)

1/2 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2-1/4 cups tomato juice
1 6oz can tomato paste

Brown ground beef; drain off fat. Add garlic and onion and cook till
onion begins to be translucent. Add remaining ingredients, and heat till
bubbling. Turn burner down to low, and let simmer for at least half an
hour-- an hour is better.

You can add mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, diced carrots-- all
sorts of things to this. I also often add a teaspoon or so of oregano
and basil if I have them in the house. My husband likes to add more
pepper.

Hope this helps.

Later,
Pam
