I just went to the health food store and purchased a box of cereal called
"Rice Crunch-Ems!" by Health Valley.

I read the ingreidents and this is what it contains:

Milled Rice
Corn Bran
Evaporated Cane Juice
Salt
Natural Vitamin E (added to preserve freshness)

What exactly is milled rice and corn bran? Are they gluten free?
