I've been having difficulty finding and contacting the manufacturer for Ital
brand balsamic vinegar which has an added caramel color;  it appears to be
an imported product.  Does anyone know if it is GF and how I can contact the
company?  A chef at a local restaurant would like to make me a duck entree
with this vinegar but I don't know if it's GF.
