Reesa,
   I have a Welbilt breadmaker, and have had nothing but good luck with
it.  One little tip.  Where the Bette Hagman ather yeast bread recipes
call for 1 tsp of vinegar, I use 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice.  This helps
to make the bread rise a bit higher, I think.  It also works in other
breadmakers, too.
   I would love your recipe for the Red Velvet cake, when you get it
figured out!!  Either post it, or send me an E-mail.  Thanks
