I just ate and really enjoyed the Madras Lentils I picked up at Trader Joes a few weeks ago.

I think it was only $2, and comes one of the metal pouches. Has an 18 month shelf life and does not need to be refrigerated or cooked. They say it is best to heat it up before you eat it which is how I had it. Great travel food, you could just fill the hotel room sink with hot water and let it sit, or get creative with the coffee maker. Add some canned chicken or salmon to the pouch and enjoy!

I used mine on a hamburger to make a spicy chili burger. It was pretty spicy which might turn some people off, but was perfect for me.

Has anyone else tried any of the other TastyBite products? Trader Joes only had a few available but there are many more online (www.tastybite.com)

Are there any other products like this? I'm only interested in things that taste good... meaning you would eat them even if you weren't traveling and had few options available. If I get enough responses I will summarize for everyone.

Oh, I have no affiliation with the company... other than the obvious fact that I just purchased one of their meals.

:)
Adam
