Are we as healthy as others ?

In my opinion, celiacs who follow the diet and cook
from scratch, because prefab food is potentially
dangerous, are living a better life than others.

Choosing to eat the real things makes life better
because we have to eat conciously. We just cannot
stuff our faces with hamburger sandwiches on our
way to do something else while we eat.

If we have accepted to do so, we'll all be the ones
to live happily ever after...
