St. James: Very accomodating chef and wait staff.  Excellent meal and
ambiance.  And a great adjacent watering hole with an excellent duo
performing.

La Vallerius (spelling??) which you can google on Fodors Palm Springs.

Henry's (need a reservation)

Restaurants in Calif, are used to all kinds of requests and they honor
them. Just tell the waiter your issues and he/she will suggest what on
the menu can be GF.
