Hello all,
I am a new subscriber to this list. My wife actually turned it up and I
think she is a subscriber as well. I have been diagnosed with celiac
disease since about 15 months, so I have lived with this for all my
life. I am glad to see the growth of support groups and attention to
this disease, especially since 31 years ago these things did not exist.
I am fortunate that my mom's doctor was a former German WWII "nutrition
specialist." I would say that I have lived a very successful gluten-free
lifestyle to this point.
Andrew

P.S. On a sad note, Campbell's Chicken and Rice Soup, the only
commercial soup that I have ever liked, has now added the dreaded
"modified food starch." So much for commercial soups.
