Dear Listmates

Could anyone tell me if citric acid is gluten free?

I have been diabolically ill for the last 24 hours and the only "new" product I have consumed is Tropicana orange juice with calcium.

The listed ingredients are:

Orange juice 99.3%
Calcium Hydroxide 3%
Malic acid 2%
Citric acid 2%.

Has anyone any knowledge on these ingredients please?

(Groan) - Now I REMEMBER why I never try ANYTHING new!
