Thanks very much for the help so far.
I should add that I am dairy free(all forms) and soy free except a very
little bit in something once in a while because after not having any for
a while I was still sick.
Also I do not eat any animals or fish so please any other suggestions
only.
I only eat fruit and vegetables and the things I listed and also
chocolate which I guess I have to take out (with milk).
I don't risk restaurants, have my own toaster, check medicine and
vitamins, don't wear lipstick and should I check soap?
I am not home very often so I need things that I don't have to cook and
also things that are not expensive.

Here is the list again. Will everyone who has had any of these products
and are confident that
the product did or did not cause any problems (stomach/diarrhea) please
let me know.

Breeze Almond Milk
any cereal that does not have suspicious ingredients (besides Corn Pops
which I won't risk)
Health Valley canned soups
canned beans, or any vegetables
salsa without vinegar(other than apple cider, rice or wine - don't want
to risk)
Botan Calrose rice
corn or potato chips
GF bread, waffles, cookies
grits or rice hot cereal (Rice and Shine)
rice cakes
nuts, seeds
coffee, soda
Ensure regular and light -- a doctor said soy protein isolate has small
amounts of gluten
Ore Ida items they say are GF
protein bars that sensitive people have not had any problems with
anything else that the label is ok that you have had a problem with

Also do you react with very small amounts of gluten?

Will I be healthy without rice corn or potatoes?
Thank you
