Just checked the Canadain Celiac Association's website.  Oats and oat
bran are definitely listed as no-no's.

I've sent a post requesting info on what is the legal definition of
"gf" in Canada.  I have not received any andwers that qestion from our
website.  Will let you know what  I find out.
