Hello everyone,
Does anyone know if oatstraw contains gluten? I have some calcium tablets
(nu-life Opti-Cal/Mag 3:2+, made in Canada) which contain oatstraw -- I
haven't tried them, since I don't know if they are safe.
Also, does anyone know anything about the labelling of starch and modified
starch in the Netherlands ("zetmeel" and "gemodificeerd zetmeel")? Are
these cornstarch, or could they be anything?
Thank you,
Emily Doolittle,
Amsterdam
