Had very good gf pizza and salad at BJ'S Restaurant and Brewhouse in San Bruno, CA Shops at Tanforan Mall.  Used gf menu.  Waitress checked with chef about possibility of contamination in pizza oven. I was told it shouldn't be a problem. 

Take your willpower or someone to share with, if you order the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream piezookie.  Over 1100 calories in one dessert!  I passed on it. I would gain 10 lbs!
