Hi everyone,

My name is Michelle and I am a dietetic intern at Beth
Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.  As a group
project, I and several other interns are compiling a
resource guide for Celiac's disease.  The section I am
in charge of is cookbooks.  I want to somehow
highlight cookbooks that people recommend and was
wondering if you could send me the titles of your
favorite cookbook(s).  I know that there is a lot of
info in the archive about cookbooks, but it's
difficult to try to search through every past message
and I apologize if I am repeating a previous topic.
