A new monitoring group, the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, is
trying to get the FDA to put labeling on products that are
Gluten-Free. They say they will have the labeling set by 2006. This is
big news for celiacs, as it will make our shopping options so much
easier. I'm really excited... check them out: http://www.gfco.org/

Sounds like a big step in the right direction.
