Dear Listmembers,
Facing my first Thanksgiving as a celiac, I am looking for advice on the
kind of gluten-free bread that is most like the plain stuffing bread
that appears in every supermarket prior to Thanksgiving.  We've made
several gluten-free breads, but none have that dense texture that I am
looking for.

Any suggestions?
