Hi just a quick question to the list. Is stopping the Diarrhoea associated with an accidental intolerance episode helpful or damaging in the long run. Is there toxins that can prolong the ill feeling by forcing them to remain or is it better to expel them as quickly as possible?
Your opinions would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Owen from New Zealand.
