Hi folks-

I have (as you may have guessed from my subject) 2 Recipe requests...they
are as follows:

1) I have some Jowar (sorghum) flour (please no arguments as to whether
it is "okay") and am not quite sure what to do with it. I am reluctant
to just start throwing it in because I'm not totally sure how it tastes,
behaves, etc. Sooo if any of you out there have some recipes
(specifically bread and baked goods, but any are okay) using jowar flour,
I would much appreciate them. I will summarize. Any suggestions are
also welcome!

2) (this ones a bit far fetched)- ATTN anyone who is in to candy baking!!
My boyfriend (the celiac) is also allergic to corn, but has a terrible
weakness for 3 Musketeers bars (exacerbated by the vending machine at his
work :). So, does anyone have a recipe for a 3 Musketeers type candy?
Even a recipe containing corn syrup is a start and I can try
conversion....

Thanks in advance-
