Bellingham, WA Gluten Intolerance Group Meeting Reminder

April 7, 6:30 to 9 PM - LOCATION CHANGE - St.Luke's Community Health
Education Center

Member Cooking Demo "Spring Cake-Off, Building a better Bunny (Cake, GF)"
Please join fellow BGIG member, Evelyn Turner, owner of The Easy Entree, as she
offers a critical review (and samples, yum!) of commercially available GF
cake mixes. A discussion of which mixes might be used best for certain intended
uses will lead off the demonstration of "How to build a Bunny Cake". This
entertaining spring activity will be delicious and get you going on fun
adventures in the kitchen, especially with children.
BGIG paid Members: this is a great time to pick up GF cookbooks at our cost.
