I read your viewpoint with interest, however, as a gluten free diet is in no
way damaging providing any lost nutrients and roughage are made up elsewhere
and is at worst inconvenient, why not start it sooner rather than later, if
there are any suspicions?

On a second point is there any reason why your tests cannot be applied to
any reaction from gluten. e.g. Shizophrenia, Arthritis, MS..3 conditions
long supected to be associated with gluten but often denied by your
profession, although there seems to be practical and statistical indications
to the contrary.
